Long Way Brewing is growing, and we’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic team members to help us create an exceptional taproom experience. If you’re passionate about craft beer, enjoy connecting with people, and want to be part of a local brewery that values teamwork and community, we’d love to hear from you. Experience in bartending or service is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right fit. All beertenders complete TIPS training within their first month, and we encourage every team member to pursue the Cicerone Certified Beer Server certification.
